Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss is issuing a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract that consists of roof repairs at building 20187 at Fort Bliss, TX. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses under NAICS 238160 (Size Standard $19 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The contractor shall provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to complete this scope of work. Except as provided elsewhere in this contract, all work shall comply with applicable State, local and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions. All work under this contract will be performed within the confines of the Fort Bliss Installation, at Fort Bliss, TX.
