The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Bliss, Texas is issuing a construction solicitation W911SG-24-B-0002, in support of the United State Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) New Mexico. General Information: The contractor shall provide all plant, supervision, labor materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to complete this scope of work. Except as provided elsewhere in this contract, all work shall comply with applicable State, local, and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacture's specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions. All work under this contract will be performed with the confines of WSMR military installation, at White Sands Missile Range, NM. The Wage Determination: General Decision Number: NM20240045 03/22/2024; Superseded General Decision Number: NM20230045; State: New Mexico; Construction Type: Building; County: Dona Ana County in New Mexico, will govern work under this contract. The bid guarantee in the amount shall be at least 20% of the bid price but shall not exceed $3,000,000.00, in accordance with FAR 28.101-2. Performance and Payment Bonds must equal 100 percent of the original contract price. Procurement will be solicited as one hundred (100%) Small Business. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated delivery date is 180 days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) has been issued. The NAICS code is 238220 with small business size standard of $19.0M. The magnitude of the procurement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
