Please fill out the attached 1449 as you response to the quote, ensure you fill out blocks 17a, 30a, 30b and 30c. Contractor shall fill out the attached SF30 solicitation amendments 0001 and 0002, and 0003 that reflects the changes that were made to the contract. Fill out blocks 15A, 15B, and 15C and return as an acknowledgement to the questions being answered that were asked by contactors. Any additional documentation you would like to provide from your company need to be attachments with the 1449. (i.e. Make sure documentation provided has POC email, POC Name, phone number, company address, cage code and UEI).
