Procurement Type: Presolicitation Synopsis: Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss, Texas is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract. The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) has a new requirement that consists of roof repairs at building 2643 located at Fort Bliss, Texas. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) under NAICS 238160 (size Standard $16.5 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $500,000 and 1,000,000. The contractor shall provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportatio necessary to complete this scope of work. Except as provided elsewhere in this contract, all work shall comply with applicable Stae, local and federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and allcontract special provisions, terms and conditions. Al;l work under this contract will be perforformed within the confines of Fort Bliss, Texas Military Installation. The Wage Determination: General Decision Number: TX20220245 03/11/2022; Superseded General Decision Number: TX20210245; State: Texas; Construction Type: Building; County; El Paso County in Texas, will govern work under this contract. The bid guarantee in the amount shall be at least 20% of the bid price but shall not exceed $3,000,000.00, in accordance with FAR 28.101-2.
