This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911SG-21-Q-0011. This notice shall be considered a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 dated 10 March 2021. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 484210, Used Household and Office Goods Moving, with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $30M. This requirement is being solicited as 100% small business set-aside, only qualified offerors may submit quotes. System for Award Management (SAM) applies to this procurement. Prospective contractors shall be registered in SAM in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation. Description of Requirement: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Bliss, Texas has a requirement for household goods moving and storage (HGM&S). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide packing, containerization and local drayage of Direct Procurement Method (DPM) personal property shipments, as well as local movement of personal property within the Fort Bliss’ area of responsibility (AOR). The contractor must be able to provide a government-approved storage facility IAW Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR).
