Bid opening will be held at the Fort Bliss Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Bldg 111, 2nd floor, Conference Rm and no submissions will be accepted after 1000am MST. MICC is located at the corner of Pershing and Chaffee Road. Parking is accessible off Slater Road (Next street over after Pershing Road). Update: Amendment 0002 mistakenly changed the closing date, this is to confirm the closing date was 02 August at 10:00 AM. There no change to the requirement that would require this amendment. The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM has a new requirement to provide 15 new steel, 1000 gallon Propane tanks in 7 various locations throughout WSMR. The Contractor shall replace existing Propane tanks with new replacements.
