General Information: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, performance/payment bonds and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. The project consists of reconstructing the existing roadway, road shoulders, removal and replacement of culverts, installation of new Hazard Identification Beacons, installation of new traffic signs and pavement markings on Range Road (RR) 6 Section 3 at WSMR, NM. Procurement will be solicited as one hundred percent (100%) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is 168 calendar days after contract award has been issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310 (Size Standard $39.5 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) under NAICS 237310 (Size Standard $39.5 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The contractor shall provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to complete this scope of work. All work under this contract will be performed within the confines of the WSMR Military Installation, at White Sands Missile Range, NM. The bid guarantee in the amount shall be at least 20% of the bid price but shall not exceed $3,000,000.00, in accordance with FAR 28.101-2. Performance and payment bonds must equal 100 percent of the original contract price. An organized site visit will be conducted for this procurement.
