PLEASE SEE SOLICITATION AMENDMENT ATTACHMENT**** This is a solicitation for sewer repair on Fort Bliss, Texas. Solicitation, Statement of Work, and Drawings are attached. Project Title: Bldg 1043, Repair Sewer Performance and payment bonds are required (see clause at FAR 52.228-15). This requirement w ill be set aside to an SDVOSB contractor recommended by the SBA under NAICS 237110 w ith a small business size standard of $39.5M. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is betw een $25,000 and $100,000. The awardee of this contract w ill be required to provide a Superintendent at all times work is being performed on the project (see clause at FAR 52.236-6). The Superintendent is considered a key position. This position SHALL NOT be subcontracted and must w ork directly for the prime contractor. Resulting contract w ill be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP).
