All bid bonds must be originals; photocopies w ill not be accepted. Payment bonds are required (see clause at FAR 52.228-13) This is a 100% competitive set-aside for an 8(a) contractor under NAICS 238220 w ith a small business size standard of $16.5M. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is betw een $25,000 and $150,000. The aw ardee of this contract w ill be required to provide a Superintendent at all times w ork is being performed on the project (see clause at FAR 52.236-6). The Superintendent is considered a key position. This position SHALL NOT be subcontracted and must w ork directly for the prime contractor.
