The Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Engineering Services Division Fort Bliss, Texas has a new construction requirement to provide non-personal services for repairing ductwork and related systems at Facility 09410; McGregor Range NM on the Fort Bliss Military Reservation. Requirements of the proposed contract will be completed in strict accordance with all the terms, conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments and exhibits within the contract or as incorporated by reference. This requirement will be achieved through the implementation of a firm fixed price (FFP) contract. The period of performance shall be for 90 calendar days after notice to proceed (NTP) has been issued.
