Solicitation Number: W911SG19B0002 Notice Type: Solicitation Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss is issuing a SOLICITATION for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract to provide non-personal services to replace six (6) rolling steel bay doors on a maintenance facility on Fort Bliss, NM. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses under NAICS 238290 (Size Standard $15 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. The contractor shall provide all plans, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation and bonding necessary to complete this scope of work. Except as provided elsewhere in this contract, all work shall comply with applicable State, local and Federal laws and regulations, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Army and Installation Regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions. Work under this contract will be located as follows: work to be performed in Otero County at McGregor Range at Fort Bliss Military Reservation in New Mexico. The Wage Determination: General Decision Number: NM180032 11/02/2018; Superseded General Decision Number: NM20170032; State: New Mexico; Construction Type: Building; County: Otero, will govern work under this contract. The bid guarantee in the amount shall be at least 20% of the bid price or $50,000 whichever is less. Performance and payment bonds must equal 100 percent of the original contract price. An organized site visit will be announced at a later date for this procurement. Details of that site visit will be available in the solicitation. Bid due date will be on 8 January 2019 and completing contract performance 45 days after notice to proceed under solicitation number W911SG19B0002.
