The Fort Bliss Directorate of Emergency Services requires certified maintenance services for Intoxilyzer 9000 breath alcohol testing instruments to ensure their operational readiness and legal compliance. The contractor will provide ongoing maintenance, calibration, certification inspections, operator training, and expert testimony. The estimated period of performance is one base year with four 12-month option years and a potential six-month extension. Services will be performed at Fort Bliss.
