This is a source sought notice for market research to identify potential contractors capable of providing Catholic Priest services for military personnel and their families. The services must be performed by an ordained Catholic Priest who is specifically endorsed by the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA. All work under this contract will be performed for the WSMR Religious Support Office in accordance with Army regulations. The priest will provide masses, sacraments, and confessions, and will serve as the authoritative Catholic subject matter expert for the installation. The government intends to award this as a competitive, non-personnel services contract.
