Synopsis: The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Bliss, Texas is issuing this Solicitation. The government requires support for rental/lease of the equipment described in the attached documents and description below. Provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and material to support the delivery and maintenance of eighteen (18) Forklifts (without operator) at three different locations (Fort Bliss, TX, Fort Cavazos, TX and Fort Liberty, NC) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this RFQ. Set Aside Status: This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside The NAICS code for the solicitation is 532490 with a size standard of $40 million. This solicitation is a Request for Bid. As a result, there will be a contract award. This solicitation is for a Firm Fix Price Contract. The MICC- Fort Bliss is seeking responses from interested small business firms with current and relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, and capabilities necessary to perform the work described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Bliss, Texas anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Contractor to provide Rental/Lease services for Eighteen (18) Material Handling Equipment (MHE) 10K Forklifts in support of the United States Army located at Fort Bliss, Texas (79916), Fort Cavazos, Texas (76544) and Fort Liberty, North Carolina (28314). General Information: The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform rental/leasing of 10K MHE Forklifts. The Contractor will be responsible for maintenance service and provide service package for every 500 hours to include lubrication check list for equipment with operation manual. The Forklifts must be delivered throughout; Fort Bliss, Texas (10 ea), Fort Cavazos, Texas (4 ea), and Fort Liberty, North Carolina (4 ea) to load / download containers, combat vehicles, and equipment in support of deployment & redeployment operations.
