This requirement is to provide non-sewer portable latrines and hand wash stations in support of the training mission at various sites within the boundaries of the National Training Center (NTC), Fort Irwin and surrounding areas described in paragraph 1.1. Lease of portable latrines and hand wash stations include delivery, relocation, and pick-up/removal of maintained usable leased equipment. Latrines and hand wash stations are to be in a usable/functional status at all times during the lease period. Contractor shall deliver a total of twenty-five (25) latrines and seven (7) hand washing stations.
