Please fill out the attached 1449 as you response to the quote. ensure you fill out blocks 17a, 30a, 30b and 30c. Any additional documentation you would like to provide from your company need to be attachments with the 1449. (i.e. Make sure documentation provided has POC email, POC Name, phone number, company address, cage code and UEI). Contractor shall fill out the attached SF30 solicitation amendments 0001 and 0002, and 0003 that reflects the changes that were made to the contract. Fill out blocks 15A, 15B, and 15C and return as an acknowledgement to the questions being answered that were asked by contactors. Table and Chair Combo / 200 sets (1 table, 4 chairs) Table and seating combo with dimensions of 30”x48” is a reversible cherry / black standard height dining set with mahogany bistro chair and padded seat. Table is a reversible cheery/black tabletop with black molding to protect from chipping and scuffing. Table base is A 25" high black powder-coated steel column and rod extends the tabletop to dining height and is connected to the tabletop via a black, powder-coated 10" spider attachment. At the base of the table, a 30" x 30" black, powder-coated cross base plate helps to prevent the table from wobbling, ensuring stability and balance. Includes 12-piece floor glide and screw hardware kit attach to the base, further assisting in leveling the table while preventing the base from scratching the floor. Overall Dimensions: Length: 48" Width: 30" Height: 28 7/8" Tabletop Thickness: 1 1/8" The ladder back chairs consist of a durable steel frame with stain and smudge resistant black powder coating finish; the style of the chairs shall be ladder back that is contoured to provide extra support for a customer’s upper back with 2½ inch black vinyl padded seat incorporated with fire retardant foam for added safety. Each leg has a glide on the bottom to protect from scuffs when the chairs are moved. Chair should be light weight with a 350lbs capacity which makes it easy to rearrange for staff and customers. Ladder Back Dining Room Chairs / Quantity 250 each The chairs consist of a durable steel frame with stain and smudge resistant black powder coating finish; the style of the chairs shall be ladder back that is contoured to provide extra support for a customer’s upper back with 2½ inch black vinyl padded seat incorporated with fire retardant foam for added safety. Each leg has a glide on the bottom to protect from scuffs when the chairs are moved. Chair should be light weight with a 350lbs capacity which makes it easy to rearrange for staff and customers. Delivery, assembly, and installation of tables and chairs shall be included Contractor will have access to the parking lot to maintain storage and act a as a staging area to set up the tables and chairs.
