Contractor shall provide non-personal services in delivery and pickup for a total of one-hundred and sixty (160) Portable Latrines, fifty-seven (57) Hand Washing Stations, weekly cleaning schedule on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and gray water removal from up to six (6) water tanks as required for the duration of the contract. Period of Performance is 7 May 2023- 1 September 2023. The Contractor shall accomplish the delivery of the portable latrines & hand washing stations with all functioning parts to the provided grid locations. In certain circumstances, during the contract period, Portable Latrines and Hand Wash Stations maybe requested to be relocated in the Training Areas. In order to have the Latrines and the Hand Wash Stations within the close proximity of the training personnel’s living and working areas. Contractor shall provide relocation within a one (1) mile radius of the current location. Contractor shall be given forty-eight (48) hours notification from the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Locations are based on requirements at the time of drop off per COR. The Contractor shall coordinate with the COR for exact location drop prior to delivery. The water tanks shall be emptied Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week for the duration of the Period of Performance (POP). Amendment 1: There is no longer a need for the contractor to provide six (6) 400 gallon water tanks (CLIN0005). PWS has been updated.
