This requirement is for the rental of latrines and hand-washing stations along with the associated cleaning services and relocations for Fort Bliss Texas in support of 5th AR. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, quality control and any other (not government furnished) supplies and services necessary for portable latrines and HWS. The Contractor shall deliver, service, and recover the portable latrines and HWS to designated training areas as requested.
