General Information: The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies necessary to provide replace and repair the existing water park with a zero depth splash pad and with multiple water features. Procurement will be solicited as one hundred percent (100%) Small Business set-aside. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. The anticipated period of performance is 180 calendar days after the notice to proceed has been issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990, Swimming Pool Outdoor Construction with a size standard of $16.5M. Project magnitude is between $250,000 and $900,000.
