The requirement will support the Directorate of Public Works(DPW) Housing Division requirement for Maintenance and Services to include Preventative Maintenance Services following manufacturer's recommendations (MAYTAG) to include cleaning of exhaust vents and repairs of vent connections to dryers, replacement of hoses and other repair parts necessary to prevent uninterrupted equipment operations vendor will be responsible for all parts at no cost to government. The current inventory of 3,531 Wahers and Dryers are Brand New with manufacturer's waranty and property of the U.S.Government . Please see the attached Perfromance Work Statement for more information regarding this requirement This action is being released asOne Hundred 100% Small Business. The soliciation and resulting contract will be Frim Fixed Priced (FFP) with (1) one Base Year and (3) one year Options. Performance date: 1 Feburary 2019 through 31 January 2020 however, award date will be adjusted The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811412 Appliance Repair Maintenance with a Size Standard of $15.MIL.
