Solicitation Number: W911SG-19-Q-XXXX (Solicitation # will be created at a later date) Notice Type: Presolicitation Synopsis: Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss at 111 Pershing Road, Fort Bliss, TX 79916 is issuing a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for Synopsis for firm fixed price supply contract for a Joint Range Extension (JRE) Gateway is a tactical data link (TDL) gateway capable of providing real-time situational awareness (SA) and digital command and control (C2) across the battlefield. It is scalable to support more than 50 TDLs simultaneously and process over 20,000 tracks on those links. The two JRE Gateway systems being procured will support the unit's mission as a global response force and provide flexibility to provide SA and C2 from two locations simultaneously. These systems will be purchased with one year of Help Desk support and on-site setup, installation, and training. This acquisition has no set aside selected under NAICS 541512 (Size Standard 5 $27.5 M). The product service code selected for this acquisition is 7010 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT SYSTEM CONFIGURATION. The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $160,000 and $175,000. The contractor shall provide a JRE gateway is the only system that can support the robust TDL requirements associated with 32d AAMDC's mission to establish or augment a Joint Interface Control Cell (JICC) in a theater of operations or major exercise. The contractor shall provide a JRE gateway that allows flexible and on-the-fly reconfiguration of the TDL architecture to adapt to changes in the battlespace without losing SA or C2. Except as provided elsewhere in this contract, all work shall comply with applicable State, local and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions. The date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 1 April 2019 due date will be 8 April 2019 and completing contract performance 60 days after notice to proceed under solicitation number W911SG-19-P-XXXX (contract number will be determined at a later date). No paper copies of this solicitation are available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents.
