Phillips Target Range Rebuild
This is a non-personal services contract to rebuild two live-fire turning target control systems, comprising eight turning targets across four lanes, at Phillips Range, Fort Benning, GA. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, programming, and incidentals. Work includes removing existing target control system components and designing, fabricating, installing, programming, testing, validating, and placing into full operation two new systems.
