AMENDMENT 1: This notice is being amendend to add the attachment for Industry Quesitons and the Government's responses. This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 813110 (Chaplain Services). Responses are to be sent via email to sherry.b.morrow.civ@army.mil no later than 5:00 PM, January 31,2024. Project Description: IMCOM at Fort Moore is seeking sources for Clergy Muslim Imam Services. The period of performance is expected to be a maximum of five years (12-month base period and four 12-month option periods). The contractor is responsible for Islamic services, such as ?alat al-Jumu?ah Prayer and other celebrations, Statutory requirements under USC Title 10, and Essential Elements of Religion in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and includes conducting Friday prayer, Sunday worship, and Holy Day (Ramadan and the breaking of the fast) services, not to exceed 10 per month or 120 per year. The services are intended for the Garrison community and Basic Trainees throughout Fort Moore. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. A draft performance work statement is provided for reference (See Attachment 1). Contractors should submit a brief narrative of the following: Demonstrate capable experience with projects similar in size and scope of this requirement. Provide examples of past performance that is recent (work completed within the last 3 years). Information requested in this paragraph shall not exceed a total of ten (10) pages. Email responses are required, do not send paper copies. Please include any applicable small business socio-economic category associations and business size with your submittal. It is required that your company be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with NAICS 813110, Chaplin Services. Please see www.sam.gov for additional information.
