The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform 1/75 Human Performance Equipment Maintenance as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. This procurement is total set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 811490 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9,000,000 ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
