This announcement constitutes the solicitation: quotes are being requested. This is a request for quote (RFQ) with a solicitation number of W911SF-24-A-0003. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 316210 – . The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract using “ALL or NONE” basis to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose price is lowest and is considered fair and reasonable.Shall be compliant in accordance with ASTM F2412-18 and F2413-18 standards for impact and compression and incorporates a safety toe made of top quality lightweight compressed fiberglass. Ranges: Full Sizes 3-16 Regular & Wide, Half Sizes 3.5 - 15.5 Regular & Wide, HT 8", WT 28.20oz. VENDOR NOTE: Steel toe boots will be requested by this command in increments based on class sizes. Vendor cannot ship entire order at one time but must send groups of boots by sizes based on the submitted request. This command will not accept the entire shipment at one time. The Contracting Officer has determined the contract type to be firm fixed price (FFP). Vendor must be within 15-30 miles so that the employees can go there and try them on.
