Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Benning has a requirement for 1st SFAB Property Book Officer/S4 Clerk. The contractor shall provide qualified labor and management in order to effectively and efficiently establish, Contract Logistical Support (CLS) elements, for Property Book Office, and Unit Supply operations IAW set Standards for all commercial and/or tactical equipment assigned or attached to 1st Security Force Assistance Brigade (SFAB) and Fort Benning (Bldg. 9195) to ensure safe, precise, consistent, and efficient equipment readiness standards. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform CLS as defined in this PWS, except as specified in Section 3 as Government Furnished Property (GFP). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Government contemplates award of one Firm Fixed Price contract under the Small Business Program (100% Set-Aside for Small Business).
