The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to manufacture and install removable wrap-around graphics and remove existing graphic wraps from various Government owned vehicles located at the US Army Marksmanship Unit, Fort Benning, GA, 31905. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Government contemplates award of one Firm Fixed Price contract under the Small Business Program (100% Set-Aside for Small Business).
