Provide qualified labor and management in order to effectively and efficiently establish, Contract Logistical Support (CLS) elements, for Property Book Office, and Unit Supply operations IAW set Standards for all commercial and/or tactical equipment assigned or attached to assistance Brigade and Fort Benning to ensure safe, precise, consistent, and efficient equipment readiness standards. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform CLS as defined in this PWS, except as specified in Section 3 as Government Furnished Property (GFP).
