The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Benning on behalf of the Medical Activity Martin Army Community Hospital (BMACH), has a requirement for Maintenance and Support of its Schneider APC Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), to execute a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to support BMACH's UPS system. This notice is valid until 25 February 2021 09:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and is NOT a Request for Proposals. The Government does not intend to submit a solicitation for proposals. The Government shall not be liable for a or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information provided. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract for one year from date of award. The NAICS code is 335999 - UPS (Uninteruptible Power Supplies) manufacturing.
