The Mission and Installation Contracting Command- Fort Benning, Georgia, is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential, qualified sources interested in providing Real Property, Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) and Project Management functions. This synopsis is issued to conduct Market Research in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. This special notice is for planning and informational purposes only and SHALL NOT be considered as an Invitation for Bid, Request for Quotation, or Request for Proposal. Any information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in response to this Sources Sought Notice. This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business however, this market research does not restrict the Government to a specific acquisition approach This acquisition falls under Classification Code R - Professional, Administrative and Management Support – North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541330 Engineering Services “THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A “REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)” TO BE SUBMITTED. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF POTENTIAL OFFERORS TO MONITOR THE GPE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMMATION PERTAINING TO THIS REQUIREMENT.” REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The contractor shall provide support for planning and execution of facility utilization tasks and Furniture, Fixture and Equipment requests/tracking/installation. The contractor shall assist the Fort Benning DPW Master Planning Division in implementing its facility space planning, allocation and tracking processes and furniture planning/tracking/installation processes as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these services, please provide the following information: 1. A tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this effort and demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform same or similar services as required by the PWS. At a minimum the capability statement must address the following. a. What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement? b.) Can or has your company managed a task of this nature? If so, please provide details. 2. Organization name, phone number, address, email address, size and type of ownership. 3.
