The contractor will conduct quarterly maintenance inspections on 12 Walk-in Freezers to ensure the freezer are maintained in good working operational condition IAW the manufacturers standards which includes: electrical inspection, check and repair/replace parts, refilling the refrigerant to required pressures /levels, cleaning of condenser coils. Inspection of drains, door lines, door heaters, evaporator fans and check of the proper operation. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
