Provide support implementation of the HMP Enterprise Appliance. This includes, 5 recording ports, unicast and multicast delivery, multicast encryption, 500 endpoints (browsers/STBs), 200 sources, EPG guide with Subscription or active Premium Maintenance; reference materials, and Haivision Support Program and Professional Services.
