Amendment 2 – Incorporates changes to the solicitation issue date and to correct language associated with the issuance and publication of the solicitation. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Benning anticipates awarding a firm fixed price commercial contract for Information Technology (IT) HelpDesk Support Services for the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE), Fort Benning, Georgia. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541513, Computer Facilities Management Services and the small business size standard is $30 million. This procurement is set-aside for the for the 8(a) Business Development Program on a competitive basis IAW FAR 19.815(a). This acquisition is limited to eligible 8(a) participants only. All proposals will meet or exceed the technical standards set forth by the Performance Work Statement. The Government anticipates awarding a base plus four option years. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) utilizing FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Services. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 23, 2022 with an anticipated closing date on or about July 14, 2022.
