This is a pre-solicitation synopsis for an upcoming solicitation for Above Baseline IT Services at Fort Benning, GA. Based on Market Research, the Government intends to post a solicitation on GSA for a non-personal services requirement to provide on-site and remote customer and automation support for approximately 2,000 Garrison personnel. See attached PWS for all requirements. This synopsis is not a combined solicitation. Interested contractors should respond with proposals to the upcoming solicitation when posted. This will be a Base + Four Option Years. The previous contract was W911SF-19-F-0022, a Base + two Option Years, with a value of $1,062,844.20 and incumbent Will Technology, Inc. The offeror's proposal should contain the most comprehensive number of people needed to fulfill the Government's requirement detailed in the PWS tasks for Level of Effort (LOE) and Full Time Equivalent (FTE). The Government will not provide a staffing estimate or additional information for LOE or FTE. The Government will not hold a Vendor Presentation or enter into discussions.
