All firms responding to this Sources Sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The information from this market research is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 562910 – Environmental remediation services .The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified sources capable of providing the services below. This is a non-personal services contract to provide National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)Documentation Support. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform NEPA Documentation Support as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), Part 5 except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Responses are due no later than 13:00 pm EST, Wednesday, June 23rd, 2021, and shall be electronically submitted to kimberly.f.carter.civ@mail.mil. This market research is for informational and planning purposes only. The Government will not pay any costs for responses submitted. Upon review of industry to this sources sought, the Government will determine whether a set-aside acquisition in lieu of full and open competition
