This is a service contract in which the contractor shall provide translation products. The purpose of this contract is to establish a cost effective organic Government training courseware in Spanish for Command and General Staff Officer Course (CGSOC), at the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (WHINSEC) that educates and trains U.S. and International field grade and company grade officers, at a Master’s degree level of Spanish education in order to be adaptive leaders, capable of critical thinking, and prepared to dominate in Unified Land Operations and collaborate in joint, interagency, intergovernmental and multinational environments in the US and abroad. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.
