The Contractor will provide non-personal services personnel, equipment, and supplies to fulfill the requirements of this (PWS) except for those items and requirements specified in this document as government furnished property and services. Work may be performed at BMACH, outlying facilities and remote locations. Inherent in providing these services, the Contractor will provide the required supervision and management effort necessary for efficient and effective administration and control of work performed. The Government provides oversite, direction and tasking authority through local site IMD Department/Section supervisors to ensure for the effective planning and execution of mission requirements. The Contractor will not work independently from the Government and falls under the Information Management Division command and control structure. The Government will coordinate and communicate directly with the appointed site supervisor regarding priorities of work, day to day operational requirements and site specific requirements that may arise during normal and after hours work.
