This Sources Sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this Sources Sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will will be considered for contract award. The informtion from this market research is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquistion strategy. This is strictly market reseach and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effor is 622110 - General Medical and Surgical Hospitals. The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified sources capable of providing the services below. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Research, Development, and Consulting Services for the integration of new employee orientation, basic nurse skills, team building, Arbinger Mindset marketing strategies, support for A3 performance improvement activities, implementation of virtual health capabilities and emerging Education and Training programs for officer, enlisted and civilian personnel for a cohesive, formal program framework inside of crises such as COVID-19. Responses are due no later that 09:00 am EST, Wednesday, December 16th, 2020, and shall be electronically submitted to vernessa.hampton.civ@mail.mil. This market research is for informational and planning purposes only. The Government will not pay any costs for reseponses submitted. Upon review of industry to this sources sought, the Government will determine whether a set-aside acquisition in lieu of full and open competition is in the Government's best interest.
