Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Eustis anticipates awarding a competitive construction Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Fort Benning Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Georgia. This Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (SAIDIQ) will be used to provide a broad range of maintenance, repair, and new and minor construction work, as well as design-build projects on real property to support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Benning, GA/AL. The anticipated period of performance will be a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The anticipated solicitation posting date will be on or about 12 Feburary 2021. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, which a small business size standard is $36.5M. This requirement will be a 100% Woman Owned Small Business set-aside. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued.
