Description of Action: Directorate of Public Works (DPW)-Fort Benning requests an increase to the contract ceiling for the Construction MATOC Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract No. W911SF-20-D-0003, awarded to Carlisle Construction, Webb Construction, EJS Construction, Don Jones Construction and DOT Construction. THIS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to Raise the Ceiling on the Construction (MATOC) Contract. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Fort Moore Mission and Installation Contracting Command intends to raise the Ceiling on the Construction MATOC Contract with the above-mentioned construction companies.
