This is a Sources Sought Notice only, not a solicitation, for various sizes of Sword Belt, buckles, and Frog for the cadet population at the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. The Government intends to procure these items on a small business set-aside basis if at least two qualified small businesses respond with sufficient information to support the set-aside. The anticipated NAICS code is 316990 (Other Leather and Allied Product Manufacturing), with a 500-employee size standard. Interested small businesses are asked to provide company and small-business status information, prime/subcontracting or teaming interest, FSS status, relevant experience, commercial availability and pricing/delivery information, recommendations on competition and specifications, and manufacturing lead time. The notice is for information and planning purposes and does not commit the Government to contract or pay for response costs.
