Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation to procure quotes for the Cadet Full Dress Hat Plume, now referred to as the SHAKO FLOWING FEATHER PLUME, for the United States Military Academy at West Point. The plume must meet specific physical requirements including a height of 16 inches, a weight between 3 and 6 ounces, and be made of iridescent black domestic rooster feathers. Each plume must be packaged with its own durable storage tube. Quotes must be returned to the specified email address.
