Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a market research notice for the supply and installation of rental tents at West Point Military Academy from June 24, 2026, to July 8, 2026. The requirement is for two 40' x 100' tents and one 20' x 40' tent to be delivered, set up with cement weights, and later removed at the specified location. The government intends to set aside the potential future solicitation for small businesses if at least two qualified small firms demonstrate their capabilities. Interested small businesses are asked to provide detailed information about their company, experience, and pricing to help shape the acquisition. All work must be performed by personnel who are U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents, with site access restricted to specific hours.
