The U.S. Army MICC-West Point intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with LYRASIS, INC. of Atlanta, Georgia, for a new requirement to provide the SAGE Premier All Access Package via the WALDO consortium for the Military Academy Library. The performance location is the United States Military Academy. Any other responsible source believing it can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement for consideration. Responses must be received by the specified closing date and time.
