The Period of Performance (POP) is 11 August 2025 – 10 October 2025. This requirement is unrestricted under NAICS code 334516 – Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, size standard is 1,000 employees and PSC is J066. In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must be registered under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The U.S. Government has a requirement to provide and install the S23 Three Rack Dual Rinse PerkinElmer (PE) AutoSampler for the Department of Geography and Environmental Engineering, at the United States Military Academy, at West Point, NY, in accordance on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if two or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. In response to this sources sought, please provide: 1.
