The estimated period of performance is 01 September 2025 – 31 August 2026 plus three (3) option years. This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 518210 – Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services with a size standard of $40.0 million dollars and FSC/PSC of DA01. In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as a Small Business concern under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. - Please verify that both your Entity Unique Identifier, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). SYNOPSIS: The United States Military Academy intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a brand name LiveU Equipment Data, Service, and Support Services for Public Affairs Office. This will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 518210 , Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $40.0 million dollars. This procurement will be set-aside for 100% Small Business (SB) concerns. The source selection process that will be used is price only. The solicitation process will consist of the following: Solicitation will be issued on/or about 18 August 2025. Quotes will be due on/or about 22 August 2025. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 source selection procedures. Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
