The government shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred in response to this sources sought announcement. Participation is strictly voluntary. The U.S. Government desires to solicitate license support for "Optical Publishing Group"(formerly known as OSA) 2024 E-Combination 1 Renewal and this requirement is for a one (1) year base period only. Respondents shall provide a full description of their capability to meet the anticipated requirement. Feedback on this requirement is encouraged. The anticipated NAICS is 513210 with Small Business Size Standard of $47,000,000. SPECIFICATION Specification: ID# 578715 QTY= 1 Description 2025 E-Combination 1 Delverables: This is a supply contract to provide serial subscriptions to the USMA Library. The contractor shall provide the serial subscriptions as defined in this Deliverables except for those items specified as government furnished property. The United Stated Military Academy (USMA) Library requires serial publications in support of a four (4) year college curriculum leading to a bachelor’s degree with advanced programs in History, Military Science and Engineering. The USMA Library requires a subscription for serial publications. The Library will subscribe to “Description 2025 E Combination 1” for one year under this contract.
