A Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quote (RFQ) are not applicable for this query and no solicitation document currently exists for the request. This SSN is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a RFP, RFQ, nor as an obligation on the part of the Government for follow-on acquisition. Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this SSN. All information received in response to this SSN that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point, NY is interested in obtaining and renting Portable Toilets, Portable Toilet Services, and Portable Handwashing Stations on behalf of the Department of Public Works (DPW). The rental services will be to support a variety of programs and activities around West Point - and - to support the use of Task Orders by other West Point agencies for special events. The rental services will be for 5 years (Base + 4 Option Years) during the following Periods of Performance (PoP): 1. Portable Toilet Rentals, Services, and Handwashing Stations. PoP: May 15, 2024 -thru- May 14, 2025 (Base Year) 2. Portable Toilet Rentals, Services, and Handwashing Stations. PoP: May 15, 2025 -thru- May 14, 2026 (Option Year 1) 3. Portable Toilet Rentals, Services, and Handwashing Stations. PoP: May 15, 2026 -thru- May 14, 2027 (Option Year 2) 4. Portable Toilet Rentals, Services, and Handwashing Stations. PoP: May 15, 2027 -thru- May 14, 2028 (Option Year 3) 5. Portable Toilet Rentals, Services, and Handwashing Stations. PoP: May 15, 2028 -thru- May 14, 2029 (Option Year 4) NOTE: Refer to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for information on the requirements and services needed for this project. Quantities can range from a handful – to – several dozen portable toilets and services at one time. Vendor must be able to support the requirement when requested. The NAICS Code Qualifier is 562991; SBA Size Standard is $9.0 mil. This requirement could potentially be set-aside for Small Business concerns if 2 (two) or more qualified Small Businesses respond to this SSN with sufficient info to support the set-aside. This SSN is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. However, any interested party that believes is capable of meeting our requirement may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their abilities and capabilities.
