Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for three (3) journal subscriptions for the USMA Library at West Point, NY. The estimated period of performance is 1 January 2024 – 31 December 2024. This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 513120 – Periodical Publishers, with a size standard of 1,000 employees and FSC/PSC of U099. - In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as a Small Business concern under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. - Please verify that both your Entity Unique Identifier, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern.
