The United States Military Academy Band (USMA Band) has a requirement for a Contractor to work with their Technical Point of Contact for approval and install the following items for common area/kitchen area. The Requiring Activity states that these improvements will contribute to the United States Military Academy’s lines of effort: promote a professional climate (LOE 2), and continuously transform toward preeminence (LOE 4). Full details in the attached Solicitation. Supplies/ Services - Provide and install one (1) 27” x 22” Undermount, Stainless Steel, Single Bowl Sink with 9” depth. Sink will include two (2) faucet holes and be made from 18-guage stainless steel. Sink will be connected to existing plumbing. - Provide and install one (1) Double Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Sprayer in Champagne Bronze. Matching Soap Dispenser will be included. Faucet will be connected to existing plumbing. - Provide and install one (1) 17.5 cu-ft top-freezer refrigerator in Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel. The refrigerator will be no larger than 68”H x 28” W x 33”D. - Provide and install Cloud Gray Cabinets consisting of one (1) 36” Sink Base Cabinet, one (1) 36” Base Cabinet, two (2) 36” Wall Cabinets, two (2) 24 “Base Cabinets, two (2) 24” Wall Cabinets, and one (1) 30” x 18” above fridge Cabinet. Style of cabinets are to be approved by TPOC prior to installation. - Provide and install 25 sq ft backsplash consisting of 3” x 6” glazed ceramic white subway tiles with black grout. - Provide and install 24” quartz countertops, 2 sections totaling 120” including sink cutout. - Materials to be provided: - Installation plan - 27” Sink - Faucet in champagne bronze - Refrigerator - Cabinets per section 4.5 - 25 sq ft 3”x6” glazed ceramic white subway tiles and black grout - 24”x120” quartz countertop in 2 sections

The U.S. Government desires the procurement and installation of common room cabinets and appliances for the West Point Band at the US Military Academy - West Point, NY on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought notice with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. A continuing need is anticipated for the procurement and installation of common room cabinets and appliances for the West Point Band at the US Military Academy - West Point, NY. In response to this sources sought, please provide a capabilities statement: 1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, DUNS number, CAGE code, a statement regarding small business status (including small business type(s)/certifications(s) such as SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.) and the corresponding NAICS code. 2. Identify whether your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor or not.
